Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE Accounting) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals.
