Senior Estimator - Joinery, Interior & Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Estimator

with

8-10 years of proven UAE experience

in the

joinery, interior, and fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions while supporting the commercial and project teams to ensure profitable and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing for joinery and interior fit-out works Assess labor, material, production, and time requirements for projects Prepare, compile, and submit complete, competitive quotations in line with industry standards Submit technical queries, questionnaires, and required submittals to consultants before and after project award Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure cost accuracy and profitability Develop value engineering proposals and cost-saving alternatives for client consideration Maintain and regularly update cost databases and estimation records to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field 8-10 years of UAE-based estimation experience in the joinery and interior fit-out industry Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and production processes Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

Currently based in the UAE with a valid and transferable visa Immediate joiners will be given preference
