Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Fit-Out Estimator

to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 5 years of proven UAE experience

in estimating interior fit-out works, with a strong understanding of

iOS (Interior Office Solutions)

and local market rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects, including commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare complete BOQs. Identify materials, labor, and time requirements to create comprehensive estimates. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure accuracy in pricing and scope. Prepare tender and bid submissions within given deadlines. Update cost databases and estimation tools based on current market rates. Conduct post-tender negotiations and value engineering if required. Maintain records of estimated and actual costs for benchmarking future projects.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience in the UAE fit-out industry

. Proven background in estimation of

iOS (Interior Office Solutions)

and high-end interior finishes. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Strong knowledge of local material pricing, labor rates, and authority requirements. Proficient in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy, Excel, AutoCAD). High attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

UAE Driving License. Experience in joinery estimation is a plus. Fluent in English
