Looking for a

senior estimator

who is having experience in Signage, Architectural Facade, Lighting, Art & Media, and Digital Display.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze technical drawings, project specifications, and material requirements to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates. Lead value engineering efforts to optimize cost without compromising design or performance. Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure estimation aligns with project goals and execution plans. Source and maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, suppliers, pricing trends, and construction methodologies. Prepare detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender documentation. Identify cost risks and propose mitigation strategies during pre-construction phases. Support bid strategy and client presentations where required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5- 7 years of experience Analyze drawings, materials and specifications Lead value engineering and cost optimization Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams Strong knowledge of materials, pricing and project execution

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Experience working in design-build or bespoke fabrication environments is an advantage. Familiarity with sustainability considerations in materials and systems is a bonus.
