Senior Estimator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimation for villa renovation projects, including fit-out, civil, and structural works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to provide accurate cost analysis.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Assist project managers and engineers in preparing budgets and BOQs.
Ensure estimations are in line with company standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estimation for villa renovation/fit-out/civil projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, market prices, and estimation techniques.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
