Senior Estimator
Job Description
Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates for exhibition stand projects from design concepts, client briefs, or tender documents.
Break down project costs into materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, transportation, and logistics.
Work closely with design, project management, and production teams to ensure accurate material selections and construction methods.
Provide input during design development to ensure budget compliance and value engineering.
Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain and update a database of pricing, materials, and vendors.
Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to gather requirements and present cost proposals.
Clarify and resolve any questions related to estimates or scope.
Identify project risks and include appropriate contingencies in estimates.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project specifications.
Produce and submit estimate documentation, proposal summaries, and handover reports for internal use.
Track and analyse post-project actuals to improve future accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
