Preparing and maintaining documents (e.g. BOQ, Proposals, Drawings, quotes etc.) in line with the received customer inquiry.
Follow Systems/procedures at all times and ensure all data is updated into the system/ ERP (focus)..
Keeping self in loop/ update until project is over and assisting execution team for all required changes..
Maintaining and enhancing good relationship with external clients (i.e. Suppliers and customers).
Conducting regular market research on competitions, new and upcoming projects, new material/ technology launch which can help company to win more projects & save project execution cost.
Resolve technical queries of client
Site visits as and when required
