Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs. Extensive knowledge of Fit-Out & Joinery processes. Prepare BOQs & Quotations. Prepare tender submissions and take offs liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Read and interpret plans contract administration. Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit-out works. Should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of work along with contract terms and conditions. Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and requirements. Assess risks and potential cost savings during the estimation process.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of experience. You should have at least 3-4 yrs of experience in designing, estimation and costing with joinery and fit out company. Male candidates preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
