Senior Estimator And Cost Control Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preparation of
detailed cost estimates (preliminary and final)
for tower construction projects. Analyzeproject drawings, specs, and tender documents
. Prepare and verifyBOQs
based on architectural and structural plans. Evaluate and negotiatesubcontractor and supplier quotations
. Manage theproject budget
and monitoractual costs vs. estimated costs
. Generate detailedcost reports, cash flow forecasts
, and cost variance analyses. Review and validatechange orders
and their impact on project cost and timeline. Collaborate with planning and procurement to align project cost and schedule. Support tender submissions and project bidding strategy.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience
in estimation and cost control, with at least3 years in UAE
high-rise construction. Strong knowledge ofUAE construction market
, pricing, and supplier networks. Proficient in:Excel (advanced level)
Candy
,CostX
, or similar estimation softwareAutoCAD
Primavera P6
orMS Project
Familiar withFIDIC contracts
, local authority regulations (e.g., DM, Trakhees, ADM). Excellent reporting, budgeting, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Job Type: Full-time
