Pricing the direct works (Concrete, Form works & Reinforcement) using CCS (Construction Computer Software) / Excel with necessary rate analysis by first principles, Provisional sums Attendances, Prime cost items wastage / mark up. Handling Pre & Post\xe2\x80\x93 Tender correspondences with clients, consultants and raising tender queries to avoid and discrepancies. Studying quotations, arranging comparative statements and negotiate to obtain competitive rates and technically adjust different quotations. Accountable for value engineering, proposing alternatives which are cost effective in terms of value & time. Keep coordinating with procurement department to finalize the subcontractor packages for the post contract works. Analyzing data that can affect costs (such as currency exchange rates and the company\xe2\x80\x99s productivity rates) Assessing the financial, technical and operational risks of the project. Visiting project sites to gather information Staying aware of the latest construction technologies keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements inputting into decisions over whether to bid for the project working closely with key members of the project team (such as the bid manager) and liaising with clients and suppliers Keeping detailed records and writing reports. Taking the quantities if required as per the current situation. Evaluate the required resources for the direct cost of labor, plant & material for each activity. Undertaking the cost analysis of the repair and maintenance project works. Preparing the monthly tender report for the higher management. Preparing the subcontractor packages and sending to the subcontractor to get the proper quotation accordingly for the tender documents. Attending the pre-bid meeting & doing site visit Preparing the work order and technical documents for the ongoing maintenance jobs as per the site visit done by the project managers. If required visit the work order ongoing site visit & prepare one scope of work & accordingly prepare the BOQ to submit to the client for approval.
