Job Title: Senior Estimator : Construction PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Are you an experienced Senior Estimator seeking an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project within Saudi Arabia? Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Estimator for a high:level PIF (Public Investment Fund) project based in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough cost estimation and analysis for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability. * Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules. * Review and analyse project plans and specifications to accurately determine project costs. * Prepare comprehensive bid packages and tender documents. * Provide expertise in value engineering and cost:saving initiatives. * Conduct regular cost audits and monitor project expenses throughout the construction phase. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for cost estimation. * Mentor and support junior estimators within the team. Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. * Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within a consultancy business, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation techniques. * Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite. * Excellent analytical and problem:solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast:paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
