Should have strong Industrial Knowledge in Estimation & Design of Fire Fighting System
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant information.
Analyze project plans and determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods of construction.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
Develop and maintain a database of material costs, labor rates, and other cost factors to enhance estimation accuracy.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to improve project profitability.
Prepare comprehensive and detailed estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and other project costs.
Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying any deviations from the original estimate and making necessary adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in materials, labor rates, and construction methods to ensure accurate and competitive estimations.
