:

A big government entity based in Ajman is currently lookingn for a Senior English Instructor. The Senior English Instructor will be responsible for instructing and guiding Employees in the English language. Main duties will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. In addition to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and collaborate with other staff & the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing curriculum and lesson plans: design engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the training center\'s curriculum and learning objectives.

2. Conducting assessments: assess employees\' language proficiency through various methods such as tests, assignments, and presentations to track their progress and identify areas for improvement.

3. Providing feedback and guidance: offer constructive feedback to employees, helping them enhance their language skills and providing guidance on how to overcome challenges.

4. Creating a positive learning environment: foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where employees feel comfortable expressing themselves and actively participating in discussions and activities.

5. Leading and supervising other English teachers: responsible for guiding and supporting fellow teachers, providing them with feedback and assistance when needed.

6. Staying updated with teaching methods and resources: continuously enhance teaching skills by staying informed about the latest teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies.

Requirements

Job requirements :

• Bachelor\'s degree in English or a related field.

• Teaching certification or qualification, such as a TEFL or TESOL certificate.

• Previous teaching experience, preferably in the relevant subject and grade level not less than 7 years

• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
