We are seeking a Senior Procurement and Contracts Engineer to manage the procurement lifecycle and contract administration for a large industrial project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation, and contract awards. Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract terms. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and legal teams. Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of procurement strategies and contract law.
Additional Information
Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience. 10+ years in procurement/contracts roles in industrial projects. Experience in the Middle East is required.
