Job Description
:
ROLE
Part of the Central Planning / Project Controls Team in reviewing, consolidating, automating progress reporting on time, cost and any other parameters on projects as defined by the business.
Involved in specific projects as a dedicated planner, owner-side.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN -
Developer or PMC-side experience is a MUST. Contractor-only experience candidate need not apply on this role.
Preparation and Review of master baseline schedules on large-value complex projects.
Reporting Tools, Automation / Consolidation of project reporting on progress.
Manage change / risk registers at projects / portfolio-levels.
Liaise / Manage internal stakeholders / teams including but not limited to Project Management to Commercial, Design/Engineering, Finance among others.
Manage external stakeholders not limited to the contractors and consultants, but any specialist teams or operators as may be required.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND -
Prefer Master Degree Qualification in related fields, not a MUST.
Bachelor\'s degree in construction management / Engineering (Civil preferred) / Architecture or related fields is a must.
