Quality Assurance support for new project proposals.
Conducts inductions / trainings on project QMS for all the project personnel as required.
Organise / Conduct internal audits which includes preparation audit plan, Audit report coordination with Auditee.
Ensures the customer complaints are logged and appropriate actions are taken on-time to close out the same.
Maintain the site action tracking which includes non-conformance(s), Corrective Action, Daily surveillance report and monitor the closure and effectiveness of corrective action.
Coordinates and records regular quality meetings with Client
Compiles project QMS performance report which includes KPI\xe2\x80\x99s as a input to Project Management review and Corporate Quality Director
Coordinates and records Project QMS Review Meetings during the Engineering, Procurement & Construction phases and monitors close-out actions.
Ensure the implementation of Lesson Learned and report the new lessons to Project LL coordinator
Assist Principle Engineer /Dy.Manager (QA) on any other related duties and responsibilities
Maintaining and ensuring the availability of codes & standards library during the construction phase
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Engineering Degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor in similar role.
Certified QMS Lead Auditor with auditing experience and certifications in relevant functional discipline are preferred.
