Senior Engineer, Qa/qc Mechanical (rotating)

Job Description
Responsible for managing and overseeing QA/QC activities for mechanical rotating equipment in both office and site locations. Ensures all rotating machinery and associated systems meet project standards, specifications, and offshore safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality assurance and quality control for
rotating equipment
(pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, motors, etc.). Review engineering documents, specifications, ITPs, and vendor technical submissions. Conduct inspections and testing at vendor shops and site locations. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and site construction teams. Monitor installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for rotating equipment. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records. Support offshore projects and ensure adherence to offshore QA/QC procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum
15 years of QA/QC experience
in theoil and gas industry
. Strong experience withrotating equipment
and related inspections. Provenoffshore project experience
. Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards and typical oil & gas QA/QC practices. Strong communication and coordination skills.#LI-SS1
