Job Description

The ideal candidate with have minimum of 8 years of experience in Civil works for 132 KV Substations and should be DEWA / FEWA approved. He should be able to liaise with the clients and consultants effectively.

Principle Accountability

Should be able to control & monitor the Civil Works / Sub- Contractors and extract the deliverables to ensure timely completion of work

Should have sound knowledge of DEWA / FEWA specification / procedure to lead the civil works

Should be able to take lead to resolve problems arising during execution and liase with all project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the works

Primary Performance Metrics

Ensuring the deliverables are met as per the target dates and Civil works are carried out within the allocated project timeline

Responsible to take care Overall Civil works in coordination with Client/Consultants/Sub-Contractors

Foresee the site sequence technically of all site works to avoid errors and repetition of works

Work in line with targets assigned by Project Manager and report technical difficulties and challenges during execution

Expected Deliverable in first 6 months

Maintaining and handing over all documents (RFI/Approvals/Reports & Drawings) to Client and obtain clearance

Completion of all Civil works in coordination with Consultant & Client

Completion of all Site Notes and closing as per the site requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
