Job Objective:

Develop a customized VBA software solution for Projects Division requirement to manage projects interfaces, performance bank guarantees, warranty issues, MMR, SEAT profile, etc., maintain it and provide training to the project team end users.
Coordinate/follow up with IT Planning, Networking, Cybersecurity, Server Management, IT Compliance and Support Services departments for all the Hardware, Software and Networking requirements to setup remote workstations at Contractor Office. Coordinate with IT department for provision of EWMS access to the required project PMC personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brainstorm with end users to understand the application requirements, prepare workflow chart and statement of requirements for approval prior to development of application.
Develop a customized VBA software solution for Projects Division requirement to manage projects interfaces, performance bank guarantees, warranty issues, MMR, SEAT profile, etc.
Develop the customized business application - Projects Interface Management System (PIMS) in coordination with Projects Interface Department.
Develop the functional designs, wireframes and technical SOR to migrate the PIMS to a web-based version in coordination with Central IT department.
It is an efficient tool for tracking of Master Interface Points (MIP) among various projects in the division.
This application can issue alert notifications on a specific period to the recipients for effective follow-up and timely close of the assigned actions.
This application facilitates the role-based access to various end users such as SPMs, PMs, Managers, Interface Team, SPAs and Focal.
Develop the customized business application - Warranty, Advanced Payment Guarantee (APG) & Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) Alert Database in coordination with Contracts Team.
This application facilitates Contract Engineers / Administrators to effectively manage the warranty effective & expiry dates for Works and Painting, PAC and FAC Details, APG and PBG details in one Dashboard.
This application can issue alert notifications on a specific period to recipients for effective follow-up and timely close of the actions.

Periodically review the business applications, improve, or modify it based on user feedback and release upgrades.
Produce functional designs and wireframes to prepare Statement of Requirement for the development of web-based applications to the COMPANY\xe2\x80\x99s IT department. Coordinate with the Application development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects
of the data and functional requirements.

Participate in web-based applications beta version software testing, identify issues/tracking, provide feedback/solutions to web-based application development team for resolution.
Liaising between the IT department and the Projects Division for all the IT related requirements.
Prepare presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements.

Minimum Requirements:
1) Master in computer science or Bachelor of Computer science. Master degree is preferred.
2) Good co-ordination skills.
4) Good written and verbal communication skills.
5) Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
