Job Description
Penspen is looking for a Senior Engineer, Operations Readiness and Assurance with Mechanical background.
Job Purpose
Develops, Leads and Controls the Integrated Readiness Assurance Process, Planning, Schedule, Interfaces, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance Strategies, Planning, and Manpower Expansion Strategies with HSE Standards & procedures.
Provide coordination support on all aspects of Operations Readiness activities as part of information & data gathering, follows up and expediting to ensure operability and maintainability aspects are addressed in the Design-Engineering with the objective to ensure the project meets obligations to startup projects.
Prepares and implements Control and Update Framework for continuous development of the Integrated Readiness Guidelines, Master Plan and Detailed Plans for Projects.
Qualification
- An Engineering Degree, preferably from Mechanical background
- minimum 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Previous experience in the ADNOC projects is mandatory
- PMC experience preferred.
