Supervise, maintain, support and enhance the operation interface requirements to ensure seamless integration and delivery from project to operation phase.

Develop and execute plans for modifications related to major project and ensure achieving targets as per agreed timelines.
Participate in the development of strategic plans to ensure optimum integration approach in line with ADNOC guidelines to minimize operational/capital costs.
Execute strategic and operational plans to ensure smooth transition from project phase to operation phase and in line with overall company corporate goals.
Develop appropriate operations, maintenance and asset integrity systems and procedures to deliver best in class operational performance.
Maintain a sound plan for Operation organization buildup, ensuring adequate resources and manage effectively the requirement in each phase of the project till the end for successful hand over to operation team.
Conduct regularly scheduled reviews and endorsement with projects for related aspects to operation requirement and ensure proper forecast status to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Identify interface performance issues at regular intervals with project teams to facilitate resolution.
Review, Evaluate and endorse SOW documents before issue to consultants / EPC to Proactively address and minimize variations during implementation.
Develop, implement, monitor and coordinate a comprehensive project wide interface management & project assurance plans.
Ensures that all project design are in compliance with company corporate standard and in line with Operation best practice.
Supervise and monitor contractors work to ensure their work conforms to agreed standards.

Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework.

Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Reports
Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical, Process or Operations
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
8 years of experience in maintenance experience in oil or related industry
