Key Accountabilities:

• Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, repair, installation and operation of the facilities as it pertains to electrical systems, mechanical systems, capacity planning, project management, new buildouts, and all other aspects of data center facility operation.
• Operate and maintain Bank\'s Data Centers to assure 100% uptime to internal and external customers
• Ensure that Data Centers comply with all local, state, and federal health, safety and regulatory requirements
• Operate Data Center equipment to obtain maximum effectiveness and efficiency (safety, cost, equipment longevity, and reliability)
• Participate in all Change Management processes including risk assessment and procedural development and review

Job Context:

Specific Accountability

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day datacenter support activities, while working in collaboration with network operations, security operations and various other internal and external teams and parties.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent degree
• CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) or equivalent facilities management certification desired

Minimum Experience & Skills

• Strongly preferred experience: supporting Banks and other financial institutions, federal agencies
• 5-7 years of DC facilities experience in mission critical environments with 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Extensive knowledge of Data Center critical systems, including diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, computer room air handlers, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems
• Must display confidence in critical situations
• Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, vendors and consultants
