Objectives of the role
Provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot issues related to cloud based VDI, mailboxes and application access.
Provide onsite support to various technical activities on IT infra.
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Identify issues, propose solutions and test new technologies or process changes.
Skills & Accountabilities:
Create functional software and disk images.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, ethernet and IP configuration.
Knowledge of software distribution and patch management.
Develop software upgrade schedule
Install new hardware throughout the organization
Resolve system security issues (Forscout and Cisco)
SCCM client configuration.
OS update and vulnerability assessment.
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
Use ticketing systems to track and solve user issues
Write procedural documents
Setting up various UAT testing environment as per vendor requirements.
Installing golden image to the systems and encrypting with bitlocker.
Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, IP phones and network, Printer / Scanner.
Knowledge of single sign on system based on Vasco and RSA token
Knowledge of Azure and Citrix VDI
Configuration of secured VPN configuration with certificates.
Incident management and proper escalation.
Knowledge of Change management system

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
