Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Engineer

specializing in scaffolding and formwork systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a solid track record of successful project execution within the construction or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scaffolding and formwork solutions for various construction projects. Prepare structural calculations and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and client specifications. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of designs. Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and design staff. Assist in estimating, tendering, and proposal development for new projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience

in

scaffolding and formwork design and execution

. Strong understanding of international standards (BS, EN, OSHA, etc.) and safety protocols. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
