- Senior Civil Engineer (Acting Project Manager)Position Overview

The Senior Civil Engineer, acting as Project Manager, will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. This role combines technical expertise with project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE authority standards and client requirements.

Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design review, execution, and handover. Act as the main point of contact between the company, consultants, contractors, and clients. Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery. Supervise and oversee site civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities. Review and approve drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, RTA, ADM, DEWA, etc.). Manage project budgets, control costs, and prepare progress/financial reports for management. Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, ensuring high performance and effective coordination. Resolve technical and contractual issues to avoid project delays. Conduct site inspections, quality control, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
