Job Overview:

Harooni Design is looking for a

Senior Engineer

with at least

5 years of UAE experience

in the interior fit-out and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating technical work, and ensuring quality standards are met across residential and commercial design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise engineering tasks across interior and construction projects Review and manage technical drawings, BOQs, and site plans Coordinate with designers, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless execution Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and manage progress reporting Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies when needed Support project handover documentation and snagging process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or related Engineering field

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE

(interior fit-out or construction industry preferred) Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and site coordination Understanding of local regulations and building codes Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
