Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the review of civil engineering drawings, site inspection, investigation, surveying and mapping, and budgeting of civil engineering projects, and urge the design unit to modify and improve the drawings as required;

2. Assist in bidding, participate in the Q&A of bidding engineering drawings, draft relevant terms of civil engineering, and review whether the quotation of civil engineering complies with relevant regulations and whether the various charges are reasonable;

3. During the construction process, responsible for the control of civil engineering construction quality, progress and cost, and solve specific professional and technical problems arising in the construction;

4. Coordinate the relationship between the owner, the construction unit and the supervision unit, as well as with other professionals;

5. Organize personnel to review the completion data and conduct the initial inspection of unit projects and single projects and organize the completion acceptance, make opinions on the settlement of civil engineering projects, and handle the settlement form.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering, civil engineering;

2. More than 5 years of construction experience in civil engineering related fields

3. Familiar with national and local laws and policies, familiar with civil engineering construction drawings, construction management and related civil engineering construction specifications and requirements, master project planning, architectural design, construction, acceptance specifications and municipal supporting basic construction procedures;

4. Proficient in civil engineering work quantity list and price compilation, proficient in using budget list software, familiar with construction site work flow and links, and understand market engineering cost information and material information;

5. Have good technical English level and computer operation ability, proficient in using CAD drawing, full of responsibility, professionalism and team spirit.
