Role Overview:

Orbit ISS is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Commissioning (HVAC) to lead and manage all HVAC commissioning and completion activities across various oil & gas and marine projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and quality project execution in line with budget and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC commissioning and completion activities. Develop commissioning procedures, schedules, and system/sub-system boundaries. Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution. Manage documentation for Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning. Monitor progress, close punch lists, and oversee warranty activities. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards (PTW & LOTO systems). Lead and mentor commissioning teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering (Master's preferred). 8-10 years of experience in HVAC systems design and commissioning, preferably in oil & gas or marine projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and system testing. Proficient in Carrier HAP, WinPCS, PIMS, or similar project completion tools. * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
