Role: Junior HR Business Partner - UAE National

Key Responsibilities:
Support the HRBP team in executing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Assist in the rollout of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal processes and UAE labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making across business units.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR administration.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems is an advantage.
