- Support the HRBP team in executing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in the rollout of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal processes and UAE labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making across business units.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems is an advantage.
