About the Role
Besomi Electronics is seeking an experienced
Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer
to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced electronic systems and embedded hardware. This position requires expertise inanalog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, embedded systems, and hardware development
from concept to mass production.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented
electronics engineer
with strong technical leadership skills, capable of delivering innovative, reliable, and high-performance hardware solutions.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
for electronics systems. Create and reviewschematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad. Performhardware testing, prototyping, debugging, and performance optimization
. Ensure compliance withEMC/EMI, safety, and regulatory standards
. Collaborate withfirmware, software, mechanical, and production teams
to ensure smooth system integration. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and implement best practices inelectronics design
. Stay updated on emerging technologies inIoT, robotics, and drone systems
.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electrical or Electronics Engineering
. 6-10 years of professional experience inhardware design, PCB design, and embedded systems development
. Strong proficiency incircuit design, PCB layout, and debugging tools
(oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Knowledge ofmicrocontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols
(UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet). Experience inhardware validation, testing, and product certification
.Preferred:
Experience in
IoT devices, robotics, drone electronics, or high-speed digital systems
. Knowledge ofFPGA design, industrial electronics, or automotive-grade systems
