Senior Electronics Engineer ABU DHABI/ DUBAI (ONSITE).

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer with expertise in embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and PCB design to join our product development team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electronics design and a proven track record in developing and bringing complex electronic products to market. Responsibilities: Embedded Systems Design: Develop comprehensive embedded systems, integrating both hardware and firmware from concept to production. Microcontroller Programming: Craft efficient, reliable low-level code for various microcontrollers. PCB Design and Layout: Utilize leading-edge software for PCB design, focusing on component placement, signal integrity, and manufacturability. LoRa Network Integration: Design and implement solutions incorporating LoRa technology for long-range wireless communication in embedded systems. Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes, refining designs in response to feedback. Component Selection: Strategically select components, ensuring availability, cost-effectiveness, performance, and compliance. System Integration: Seamlessly integrate electronic hardware with software and mechanical components. Technical Documentation: Produce in-depth technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and testing procedures. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that electronics designs align with overall product strategies and schedules. Quality Assurance: Apply stringent quality control standards to achieve high reliability and safety. Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering technical expertise and innovation. Experience, Skills & Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in embedded systems, PCB design, and wireless communications are a plus. At least 5 years of professional experience in electronics design, with a focus on embedded systems and PCB design. Proficiency in programming languages for embedded systems, particularly C, C++, and Assembly (ARM Architecture). RUST & Python good to have. Expertise in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad. Familiarity with CAD tools for electronic design and simulation. Strong knowledge of digital and analog electronics. Practical experience with LoRa network implementation and optimization for IoT applications. Experience with wireless communication protocols including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee and LoRaWAN. Understanding of industry standards and certifications for electronic and wireless products. C/C++: Comprehensive knowledge of C/C++ for embedded firmware development. Assembly Language: Proficiency in Assembly for low-level programming of microcontrollers. Scripting Languages: Ability to use scripting languages such as Python for automation and device interfacing.
