Key Responsibilities:

LED System Installation and Maintenance:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LED displays and related equipment. Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure the optimal performance of LED systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to LED technology and related components.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical support and guidance on LED system operations, including hardware and software components. Stay updated with the latest advancements in LED technology and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed. Develop and implement procedures for effective LED system setup, calibration, and maintenance.

Project Management:

Lead and manage LED-related projects, including coordination with other technical teams and stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and review technical documentation, project plans, and reports.

Team Leadership and Training:

Mentor and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Client and Vendor Interaction:

Interface with clients to understand their LED needs and provide technical recommendations and solutions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source and manage LED equipment and components. Address client concerns and resolve issues related to LED systems in a timely and professional manner.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices while working with LED systems and related equipment. Implement safety protocols and ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines.
