What will you do & How will you do it

Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and projects. This role involves leading engineering teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing technical expertise for complex projects. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects. Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients. Review and approve engineering calculations, reports, and proposals. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

What we look for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred). 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project leadership. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit). Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, DEWA, SEWA,FEWA...). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
