Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced (DEWA, SEWA Certified) Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will lead electrical design, site execution, and project coordination, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with project requirements and international engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical engineering works from design to project completion Prepare, review, and approve electrical drawings, calculations, and technical submissions Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Monitor site progress to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support Identify and resolve technical issues and propose effective solutions Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

DEWA / SEWA certified. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or MEP projects Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems Advanced skills in Autodesk and other electrical design software In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Professional certification or engineer registration is an advantage
