Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials. describe the different types of materials used in construction projects. Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects. prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time. Maintain material suppliers' database Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC). Strong knowledge of LV, MV, ELV, and power distribution systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP Solid understanding of IEC, IEEE, NEC, and international electrical standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time. Must be experience in Design as a Mandatory. Knowledge of UAE building regulations (advantage if applying in UAE).
