Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee electrical works on construction projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality execution, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electrical works including power, lighting, Busbar ,ELV, fire alarm, and low-current systems
Review electrical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals
Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams to resolve technical and site issues
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
Ensure compliance with project requirements, authority regulations, and safety standards
Support project planning, procurement, and technical problem-solving
Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Prepare technical reports and progress updates for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10+ years' experience in electrical works within construction/MEP projects (High rise building preferred)
Strong knowledge of LV systems, power distribution, Busbar,lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems
Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects preferred
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
7+ years UAE project experience is must.
