Senior Electrical Engineer (Supervision)

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of

10 years of experience in the UAE

, including at least

8 years with a consultancy firm

. Proven experience in

villa or residential building projects

. Strong background in site supervision, quality control, and compliance with local authority standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC). Ability to review design/shop drawings and ensure coordination with other disciplines. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations. Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues. Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports. Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards.
