Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Electrical Engineer

with a minimum of

8 years of professional experience

to lead the design, development, and execution of electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering innovative and compliant electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for a wide range of projects. Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure all electrical designs comply with national and international codes and standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and project management teams. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Support the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into system designs where appropriate. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of

8 years

of relevant experience in electrical design and engineering. Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards. Proficiency in electrical design software. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
