- Extensive Knowledge of DEWA, ADDC, EWE and submission preparations to international and local authorities.

- Lead the design, review, and supervision of LV and MV electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, earthing, UPS, generators, and ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarm, PA, BMS, etc.).

- Design according to local authority standards and obtain necessary design NOCs

- To manage and coordinate the efficient production of documentation on multiple projects, simultaneously.

- Coordinate electrical layouts and load requirements with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure integrated and optimized design solutions.

- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection/testing procedures.

- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

- Manage power coordination with utility authorities and ensure timely approvals for load schedules, single-line diagrams, and metering schemes.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and assist in resolving technical issues related to power distribution, panel boards, cable routing, etc.

- Extensive knowledge in load calculations, voltage drop analysis, short circuit studies, and cable sizing reports.

-Ensure quality assurance across all electrical engineering deliverables and compliance with project timelines and budgets.

-Extensive experience in preparing technical specifications.

-The candidate must be detail oriented and well organized with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Liaise with the Client and Vendors for project specific needs. Preparation/review of electrical I/O list, Interface list, interconnection wiring diagrams, etc.

-Extensive experience in snagging and de-snagging.
