We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Electrical Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical design, site supervision, and project execution for large-scale construction projects including high-rise buildings, villas, and commercial developments. This role requires excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical engineering works for assigned projects. Review, design, and approve electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and related services. Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.). Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum

8-12 years of experience

in electrical engineering, preferably in the UAE/GCC construction sector. Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, codes, and local authority requirements. Proven experience with high-rise buildings, villas, and large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
