We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering, a proven track record of successfully leading projects, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting a range of electrical systems, and you will play a key role in the growth and success of our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical engineering team in design, planning, and execution of large-scale projects. Develop power distribution, lighting, earthing, and ELV system designs. Ensure designs meet IEEE, IEC, and local authority standards. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Manage coordination between contractors, consultants, and clients. Lead the commissioning and handover process for electrical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum 15 years of professional experience. Active IEEE membership required. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEEE, IEC, NEC, NFPA). Proven experience leading large-scale MEP/electrical projects. Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, and relevant design software.
