Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer
to join our team inAbu Dhabi
for a6-month contract
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inbuilding projects
(commercial, residential, or mixed-use) and prior experience working withengineering consultancies
. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical design, compliance, and coordination to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve
electrical designs, drawings, and specifications
for building projects. Ensure compliance withUAE regulations, international standards, and client requirements
. Coordinate withconsultants, contractors, and stakeholders
to resolve technical issues. Conductsite inspections
and supervise electrical installations to ensure quality and safety. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Preparereports, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
as required. Troubleshoot electrical system issues and propose effective solutions.Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree inElectrical Engineering (BSc.)
.Experience:
Minimum15 years
in electrical engineering, with a focus onbuilding projects
.Mandatory:
Proven experience working with
engineering consultancies
. Strong background inHVAC, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
.Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux
. Knowledge ofUAE electrical codes (ADDC, DEWA, etc.)
andIEC/IEEE standards
. Strong project management and communication skills.Availability:
Must be willing torelocate to Abu Dhabi
for the contract duration.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
