To provide resourcing expertise to hiring managers to enable Penspen to deliver its business plan. On a day to-day basis you will source and attract high calibre candidates for both current and future roles and create and maintain excellent on-going relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. You will support the business in resource planning to ensure we attract, select, develop and retain the best people, whilst ensuring quality and cost measurements are adopted.

PMS Interface
The Senior Electrical Engineer will, if serving in the Core Technical team, report to the FEED/Technical Core Manager via the Lead Electrical Engineer, or direct if appropriate. For service within the PMT Teams, the Senior Electrical Engineer will report to the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer via the Lead Electrical Engineer or direct if appropriate. The Senior Electrical Engineer will manage the output of engineer grade personnel working under his authority and will liaise with other discipline personnel in the Technical Core Team or PMT teams as appropriate to his area of service.
Client Interface: Client reporting interface shall be via the FEED/Technical Core Manager for Technical Core Team service, or via the Project Head/Senior Project Engineer for PMT service.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
At least Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Electrical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
Qualification : Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
