Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design all electrical systems ensuring compliance with standards, local regulations, and authority requirements such as DEWA , ADDC, and other authorities regulation. (coordination & submission) Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for all the electrical systems. Prepare comprehensive electrical design documents. Handle several electrical design tasks for multiple projects. Conduct detailed electrical calculations, including load analysis, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and cable sizing, utilizing appropriate software tools and engineering principles. Collaborate closely with other design engineering team to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project designs. Provide technical guidance to external stakeholders throughout the design and coordination process. Demonstrated ability to manage client and authority meetings effectively, ensuring clear communication, compliance with regulations, and alignment with project objectives. Proven capability to lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines while managing resources effectively. Deals with less routine technical or operational problems with limited supervision and may solve moderately difficult problems that are not immediately evident and require some guidance from a more senior team member. Draws on technical knowledge and experience and information / specification received to develop the most effective and efficient solution for less standard or routine problems with a prescribed outcome.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 7-10+ years of contracting Electrical design in Dubai. Familiarity with electrical load calculations, power distribution, voltage drop analysis, and cable sizing. Proficient in using electrical engineering software tools for analysis and design.
