Job Description

Lead project delivery with multiple sectors coordination with all other disciplines architectural, structural, ID etc. through BIM

Manage a team, running managing delivery of projects (including programme, resourcing and commercial aspects) and delegating the work

Designing of electrical service for all types of systems

Able to adapt to the team's workflow and understanding of project template worksets. Project Template Creation would be considered an added weightage.

Assign and deliver within project deadlines with occasional guidance

Perform QA/QC checks of the project/package before presenting for review/releasing

Strong background in ADDC/TAQA Regulations

Follow-up with the Authority and Consultant to complete the approval when required

Ready to lead the site works where applicable upon request

Review and approve all quotations/LPOs related to switch gears/cables/electrical materials prior to the order

Track any changes and related variations

Review, modify and verify where required all ELV /FAS drawings from vendors for consultant /client /3rd party approvals

Supervise/review deeply the shop drawings/IFC drawings prior any submission and insure the matching with project spec. (after preparing it by draft man)

Coordinate with all other M/P/FF ......etc (electrical loads), (philosophy) (interfacing) disciplines to insure the entire shop drawings includes all requirement as per spec.

Aware of team work, lead and close to all engineers to ensure the high quality of the product and high light the critical issues on time to the higher management.

Keep following with all site team and insure the correct implementing the works as per the approved drawings

Attend the coordination meetings with consultant/client /3rd party/suppliers where required

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

7 years of Experience with a minimum of 5 years of BIM (Level 2 min COBie standards) expertise.

QCC and E1 certified from ADDC/TAQA Required

Solid software skills - Revit, Autocad

Motivated, efficient and highly organized

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Experience in the design, design development and/or delivery of packages of mid-scale projects independently

Strong understanding of international standards and Abu Dhabi local codes
