We are hiring Senior Electrical Engineer - Oil & Gas (Minimum 18+ Years Exp)

Senior Electrical Engineer with following Profile \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 18-25 years of Experience in an EPC environment specific to process plants and electrical distribution at High, Medium, and Low Voltages

Below are some key responsibilities and duties:

• Support to manage and guide the Electrical department team members.
• Identify and arrange training for electrical office and deployment teams.
• Monitor electrical personnel deployment and team selection for the project and ensure continuous development of available personnel.
• Man-power planning, proposals, presentations, Prepare electrical related guidelines.
• Ability to manage the entire Engineering team for the mono discipline projects.
• Familiar with feasibility and option studies for Long Term Development projects
• Check, and approve Electrical Engineering and Design deliverables such as single line diagrams, schematics, layouts, specifications, studies, reports, and datasheets.
• Perform calculations and system studies (e.g., Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Harmonic, Transient Stability, Power factor correction, Cable sizing, tray sizing, lighting)
• Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports, engineering standards, and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform site surveys and define / execute modifications to existing facilities on brownfield projects.
• Prepare material requisitions for HV / LV switchboards, transformers, UPS systems, trace heating, other electrical equipment and ELV systems (e.g. Telecom, CCTV, access control, PAGA)
• Prepare sub - contract requisitions specifying installation scopes of work.
• Perform inspection and witnessing of tests on major equipment.
• Liaise closely with other functional groups as well as client personnel and participate in meetings and workshops.
• Supervise assigned team and junior colleagues.
• Assist Lead Engineer / Discipline Manager in other project tasks / proposal activities as required.
• Exposure to Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT\'s) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT\'s) for electrical equipment.
• Thorough awareness of relevant international codes and standards
• Experience in FEED, Brownfield, Upstream Oil Working for onshore as well as offshore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in electrical engineering
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
• You have at least 18+ years relevant working experience,
• You have working experience in the UAE, preferably working as engineering consultant.
