We are looking for freelance ElasticSearch experts, for one of our clients. A 6-month renewable. Tasks: Analyze and identify requirements and define technical solutions. Collaborate in the design of architecture, technical solutions, and structure for projects Apply outstanding software engineering practices. Maintain high standards of design and code quality at all times Apply state-of-the-art automated testing practices (unit, component, integration tests). Contribute to product innovation ideas, prototypes, functional and design specifications in addition to production software Requirements: 5+ years of Software development experience 3+ years of experience with hands-on development, configuration, deployment, integration or maintenance of Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and beats, 2+ years of experience in setting up ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana stack) to process data from multiple data sources 2+ years of experience with Kibana visualization strategies, controls, and techniques 2+ years of experience with Logstash to process data from multiple data sources with plugins including JDBC input plugin 2+ years of experience indexing and administrating Elasticsearch indexes 2+ years of experience with scripting (Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash, GO, etc.) 2+ Experience with SQL and optimization of queries 1+ years of experience with Elasticsearch index configuration options, sharding, aliases, etc. 1+ years of experience with Elastic API Integration Very Good understanding of relational databases (SQLServer, Oracle, Postgresql, etc) Prefer to have: Experience with buffering tools like Kafka Experience with Google Cloud Platform Experience working with Machine Learning
