based in Dubai, UAE. We manage and develop multiple consumer brands across diverse categories, focusing on digital growth through regional and international online marketplaces.

We are hiring an experienced and driven

Senior Marketplace Account Manager

to lead our marketplace operations and accelerate our eCommerce growth across key UAE platforms.

Role Overview

The Senior Marketplace Account Manager will manage

end-to-end marketplace operations

-- from

product research, listing, marketing, and advertising

to

optimization, case management, and sales performance

.

This is a

leadership role

requiring both strategic direction and hands-on execution, including managing a small team of marketplace executives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee marketplace operations across multiple marketplaces such as

Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, Carrefour, and FirstCry

with the help of team. Handle

A-to-Z account management

, including product hunting, catalog setup, listing creation, and keyword optimization. Develop and execute

marketing campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads, deals, and promotions)

to maximize ROI. Maintain strong

account health

by resolving cases, monitoring seller metrics, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies. Conduct

data-driven analysis

to improve rankings, visibility, and conversion rates. Collaborate with design and content teams for optimized listings (images, descriptions, A+ content). Coordinate with

logistics, sourcing, and finance

teams for inventory and pricing alignment. Lead, train, and motivate a team of marketplace executives to deliver on performance KPIs. Prepare and present

sales reports and growth insights

to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or related field

.

3-6 years of UAE marketplace management experience

(Amazon & Noon mandatory). Proven record of

sales growth and successful product launches

on major eCommerce platforms. Expertise in

Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab

, and other marketplace tools. Strong understanding of

marketplace SEO, advertising, and pricing strategies

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Familiarity with UAE/GCC eCommerce dynamics and consumer trends.
