Job Description

A Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves working closely with business to understand their business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and solutions, with a strong focus on plugins, workflows, actions, C#, SSRS, and WCF.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design

:

Collaborate with business analysts and clients to design Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business needs.

Implementation:

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and actions using C#. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using WCF. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions.

Reporting:

Design and develop SSRS reports to meet business requirements.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Upgrades and Maintenance:

Manage system upgrades and ensure the stability and performance of Dynamics 365 applications.

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

8+ years of Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions, with specific expertise in: Developing custom plugins, workflows, and actions using C#. Designing and developing SSRS reports. Integrating systems using WCF.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies. Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Type Script, SQL, and WCF. Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
