In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Accountable to support product line service delivery performance in a global scale as required.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with our non-negotiables and cultural pillars
• Responsible to support regional business units on evaluate and implement high standards of technical planning and lessons learned in order to increase reliability and consistency on service delivery.
• Work in collaboration with Regions to drive local strategies aligned to each business unit objectives as standardization, flawless execution, operational discipline, and efficiency for specific Applications.

• Work Across the well construction product lines driving drilling performance, providing support, and proactively connecting then as required to deliver internal & external expectations.
• Support to develop multidisciplinary teams across the region that enable an efficient and reliable support to the business unit goals.
• Accountable to support the implementation of strategies to approach operational challenges combining local and global competences and experiences.
• Support on readiness review of personnel, equipment & facilities as required, to deliver business plans that and comply customer expectations
• Provide regional and global escalation to opportunities and challenges necessary to improve Service Delivery to the required levels.

• Accountable to Drive operational discipline within the organization as needed.
• Responsible to manage special projects as required.
• Ensure customer engagement though drilling performance specific project assigned to manage expectations and drive results.
• Drive Continuous Improvement based on standardization as key to deliver overall operational reliability and consistency.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience within product line

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
• Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
• Thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements
• Multiskilling and Drilling Optimization experience required.
